The "Garyubai" sake series mainly focuses on the characteristics of rice, to produce that deep rice flavour in comparision to others which focuses more on achieving the fruity flavours. Likewise, this "Garyubai Muroka Nama-Chozo Genshu Junmai Daiginjo" Sake is a premium label whereby the sake is unpasteurised & unfiltered, with a fruity fragrance but producing the rich & deep, yet mellow flavour from the Bizen Omachi rice, after a few sips. It complements well with steamed lobster, roasted cauliflowers & is a suitable after-dinner drink for the wind-down evenings.
Junmai, meaning "pure rice" in Japanese, refers to sake brewed with only rice, water, yeast and koji; no additives such as sugar or alcohol is added. Being a Junmai Daiginjo sake, it is brewed with a special yeast and fermentation techniques. Enjoy this fine sake with your family and loved ones today!
